Granite boulder best suited for manufacture of Promax products are sourced from Promax’s own Blue Stone operated mines. We manufactures M sand, Plastering sand and Aggregates with the use of advance 5 stage crushing technology solutions from PROMAN.

Following graded sand and aggregates is produced from 5 stage crusher.
M-Sand (Concrete Usage): 4.75 to 0 mm ; M-Sand (Plastering): 2.36 to 0 mm ; 12 mm Aggregates: 12 mm to 6 mm ; 20 mm Aggregates: 20 mm to 16 mm.
We uses state-of-the-art technology to manufacture products dry-mix mortar products. All bagged products (SEMORT, WALLPACK, WALLGUARD) are made with specific partical size.

The above fractions are stored in separate silos, above weighing hoppers
Sand from silos in drawn to specs into high speed plowshare mixer and mixed along with cement and other specially formulated admixtures to produce Promax’s premium products.
Once the materials are added to Blenders, then Blenders thoroughly mixes and the homogenized material is discharged in a hopper mounted below the blender.
Packing unit is automated to draw exact weight of blended mix into bags and stitch. Finished products are labeled and stored, ready to be shipped on customers request..
Promax SEMORT is a robust combination of manufactured sand, polymer, fiber and other naturally available minerals to enhance workability. Semort replaces natural sand 100% and considerably reduces use of cement in plaster mortar. Semort not only comes as an alternative to current plastering method but also brings in the qualitative upgrade to the way plaster will perform in future.

Promax Wallpack is mixed with potable water preferably using a mechanical stirrer till workable consistent paste is obtained. In case of hand mixing, the mix should be allowed to stay for 15 minutes before application. The applicators are best judge for getting the right consistency. The water addition may vary slightly as per judgement of the applicator.
The plastered wall is cleaned properly to remove all loosely adhering particles. In case of Mivan Shuttering, the oily surface must be cleaned thoroughly before application.
Apply in multiple coats where undulations exceed 6mm. The second cost is applied after the first coat is fully dried. The time gap between the coats may be one to two hours depending on the ambient conditions.
